Terms of Service
Last updated: May 19, 2026. These terms govern your use of this website and any engagement of HFMC services.
1. Acceptance
By using this website or engaging HFMC for services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Use of the website
You may use this site for lawful, personal, and business research purposes. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or use site content to build a competing service.
3. Engagements and proposals
Submitting a booking or contact form is a request to discuss services — it does not create a binding agreement. A formal engagement begins only after a signed proposal or contract from both parties.
4. Payment terms
All engagements are governed by the payment terms in the signed proposal. Standard terms are milestone-based (typically 30% deposit, 40% mid-engagement, 30% on completion) unless otherwise agreed.
5. Cancellation and refunds
If you cancel before program design begins, the deposit is refundable minus discovery-call and proposal-preparation costs. If you cancel after design begins, the deposit is non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms are included in every proposal.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives the engagement.
7. Intellectual property
Original frameworks, methodologies, and program materials developed by HFMC remain HFMC's property. Materials co-created with the client during an engagement become shared property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
HFMC's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cagayan de Oro City, Misamis Oriental.
