  Program design. Agenda, speaker curation, flow, and experience design. We treat the run-of-show as a script, not a schedule.

  Logistics & venues. Venue sourcing, vendor management, technical production, catering, transport. Our network across CDO and Mindanao is deep.

  On-the-day execution. Senior HFMC producer on-site running the show. Pre-event walkthroughs and dry runs included.

  Post-event close-out. Reconciliation, vendor settlement, attendee follow-up, and a written post-mortem with recommendations.
