Leadership Training
Leadership training that builds leaders your team is proud to follow.
Build leaders your organization is proud to follow. Hands-on cohort programs for new managers, mid-level managers, and senior executives.
What it is
HFMC leadership training is cohort-based and outcome-measured. We don't run one-off seminars. Each cohort is built around the Meaning and Accomplishment dimensions of PERMA — leaders learn to anchor their team's work in purpose and to set goals that actually get achieved.
Three program tracks
- 01First-time managers. The leap from individual contributor to people-leader. Foundational coaching skills, feedback, delegation, and managing former peers.
- 02Mid-level managers. Leading other leaders. Strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, performance management, and developing your own bench.
- 03Executive cohort. Senior leadership team alignment. Vision-setting, board readiness, strategic decision-making, and personal leadership philosophy.
How a cohort runs
- Kickoff intensive (1–2 days): In-person, all participants. Establish frameworks, build cohort trust, identify individual goals.
- Weekly sessions (90 min each): Mix of facilitated learning, peer coaching, and applied practice between sessions.
- 1:1 coaching: Each participant gets 3–4 private coaching sessions with a senior HFMC consultant.
- Capstone (1 day): Participants present a real organizational challenge and their leadership response.
I came in as an HR intern unsure of my path. I left with a framework for how I want to lead people — for life.Jan Isaac Dalangin, HR Intern, CU Program
What gets measured
- M1360 feedback. Pre- and post-program 360 reviews from direct reports, peers, and managers.
- M2Engagement deltas. Team engagement scores tracked at 30/60/90 days post-program.
- M3Behavioral commitments. Each leader sets 3 specific behaviors to change. We track which stuck.
